I have Arbavitae trees (which are a type of cedar) in my front yard. The spring and summer months have a nice smell when sitting on the front porch swing.

Cedar is one of my favorite trees. The wood is nice, it smells nice and it burns in a camp fire so nicely. It is all over at my cottage. Have you ever tried cedar tea, it is wonderful and relaxing. It is also very soothing when you take fresh cedar and put it in your bath water.Lex
